Use only support and reporting controls presented inside Vibon. Never send passwords, verification codes, full card numbers, or private media to an address found on a third-party site.

01

Use an official support route

When the support option is available in the product, open it from the account, purchase, or interaction connected to the issue. This preserves useful context and reduces the risk of sending information to an impersonator.

For harmful behavior, use the report or block control associated with the profile or conversation. For a purchase, begin from the receipt or payment channel that processed the transaction.

02

What to include

Describe what happened, where it happened, and the approximate time. Include the relevant username, account identifier, transaction ID, device, browser, and error message only when those details apply.

  • A concise description of the expected and actual result.
  • The page or feature where the issue occurred.
  • A cropped screenshot that hides unrelated personal information.
  • The steps already tried, such as checking browser permissions.
03

Information not to send

Support does not need your password, one-time verification code, recovery secret, full payment card number, or remote access to your device. Remove unrelated names, balances, addresses, and private conversations from screenshots.

Do not continue an abusive interaction simply to collect more evidence. Save only what you can preserve safely, then leave and report the account.

04

Urgent safety situations

Vibon support is not an emergency service. If someone appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Report suspected child exploitation or other illegal content through the official product controls without downloading or redistributing it.
