Acceptance and eligibility
You may use Vibon only if you can enter a binding agreement, meet the applicable minimum age, and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use Vibon.
You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and for using Vibon only in locations where the service and its features are permitted.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and promptly update details that affect account security or service eligibility. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not sell, rent, transfer, share, or impersonate an account. Vibon may require verification, restrict features, or suspend access when account integrity or safety cannot be confirmed.
Service features and availability
Vibon provides profile browsing, search, live communication, and related features that may change by device, region, account status, or product version. A public profile does not guarantee that a person is online, verified, or available.
Features may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Vibon does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular match, response, or outcome.
Acceptable use
Use Vibon lawfully, respectfully, and with consent. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, deceive, stalk, discriminate against, or pressure another person, and do not use the service to facilitate illegal activity.
- Do not contact, sexualize, exploit, or solicit private content from minors.
- Do not distribute non-consensual intimate media or another person's private information.
- Do not send malware, spam, scams, payment demands, or misleading promotions.
- Do not bypass access controls, probe security, scrape accounts, or automate abusive activity.
Your content and communications
You retain responsibility for content you upload, publish, transmit, or display. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to grant Vibon the limited rights required to host, process, display, moderate, and deliver it through the service.
Do not assume a live conversation is private. Another participant may misuse or record information despite platform rules. Protect personal details and use block, report, and leave controls when needed.
Purchases and refunds
Prices, digital items, subscriptions, taxes, renewal terms, and payment steps are shown at the relevant purchase surface. Third-party stores and payment providers may apply their own terms and processing rules.
Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy, the payment provider's rules, applicable law, delivery and usage records, and the facts of the transaction. Promotional or complimentary items may have no cash value.
Ownership and third-party services
Vibon and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, design, and platform materials. These Terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create unauthorized derivative services.
Links, payment channels, and integrations operated by third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Vibon is not responsible for a third party's independent service or decision.
Moderation, suspension, and termination
Vibon may investigate reports and remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
You may stop using the service and request account support through official controls. Provisions concerning ownership, payments, enforcement, disclaimers, liability, and dispute resolution survive where their nature requires it.
Disclaimers, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by law, Vibon is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your use of interactions with other people remains at your own judgment and risk.
